Visioning Masterplan Design Work Completed for South Texas NWR Complex HQ

Catalyst has completed its Visioning Masterplan work for the South Texas NWR Complex headquarters, a 22-acre management parcel sited adjacent to the 2,088 acre Santa Ana NWR located along the Lower Rio Grande River Valley on the US/Mexico border.

The Visioning Masterplan design materials will be used by the USFWS to seek the necessary funding allocations within upcoming DOI budget cycles, for the approved Visitor Center design and related site development improvements.
